Tamin’ny Fivoriambe izay notontosaina tetsy Tsimbazaza ny Alakamisy 17 janoary 2013, ireo vondrona politika mpikambana ao amin’ny ESCOPOL, “ Espace de Concertation des Organisations et Partis Politiques ” dia nanapaka ireto ka manao izao fanambarana izao:
· Ny ESCOPOL dia manolotra fisaorana ireo Antoko Politika sy Fikambanana mandrafitra azy teo amin’ny fikirizana nasehon’ny tsirairay, ka nahatrarana ny tanjona nifanarahana teo am-pomoronana azy, isika izay nanolotra ny fahafaha-manao rehetra ho fikatsahana ny fahombiazan’ireo fifanarahana ara-pôlitika ho famahana ny krizy amin’ny fomba ara-pôlitika, tsy arahin’erisetra intsony ary tony, manome lanja ny fiarovana ny marimaritra iraisan’ny maro an’isa. Vanimpotoana “SAHY sy MIVONONA HITSINJO LAVITRA ka HANDROMBAKA NY AMPITSO”.
· Ny ESCOPOL dia miandrandra Famotsoran-keloka Faobe.
Famotsoran-keloka tsy hiarovana ny tsy maty manota anefa. Ny fanovana ny fanaovana pôlitika dia mangataka amintsika Malagasy, indrindra fa isika mpanao pôlitika, etika misimisy kokoa. Fahamatorana sy fahamendrehana misimisy kokoa. Antitranterinay etoana fa ireo nahazo famotsoran-keloka dia rariny raha mijanona ho mpanotrona ihany mandritra ny fotoam-pifidiana izay ho diavina izao, ary aoka mba tsy handray anjara avy hatrany amin’ireo asam- pitantanam-bahoaka angataham-pifidianana sy fahatokisana avy hatrany.
· Ny ESCOPOL dia manolotra fisaorana ho an’ny vondrona iraisam-pirenena sy ny SADEC noho ny fandraisany ny hevibaventy novoizinay mandala fifanatonana samy izahay Malagasy, ka nampiasa ny tsy fitsabahana rehefa nilaina ary nampiasa ny adraiki-pitsabahana miankolaka tamin’ny fotoana hafa. Hafa tokoa ny tonon’andro ankehitriny. Mandrisika anareo anefa izahay, tsy hangatak’andro intsony amin’ny fanohanana isan-tsokajiny izay hirosoana haingana amin’ny famaranana ny krizy.
· Ny ESCOPOL dia velom-pisaorana sy fankasitrahana ary mbola mankahery ny Malagasy isam-batan’olona, sy ireo hery velona rehetra eto amin’ny firenena, handray anjara tanteraka sy feno amin’ireo fampianarana ireo mpiray monina ho fanabehazam-boho ny maha olom-pirenena na koa hifandray Tanana amin’ny fanaparitam-baovao matotra sy voamarina eny amin’ny Malagasy mpiray tanindrazana rehetra, mba hisoratra eo amin’ireny lisim-pifidianana ireny, fa indrindra indrindra ny hanao ny kara-panondro Malagasy izay manamarika fa tanindrazantsika ity ary Firenena iray isika izao.
Mba ireo tompon’andraikitra isan-tsokajiny toa ny CSC, FFKM…, dia handray anjara feno amin’ny fampihavanana ny Malagasy, fa izany no ho tambin’ny fanjakana mirindra sy mari-toerana.

COMMUNIQUE DE L’ESCOPOL
22012013
Réunis en Assemblée Générale à Tsimbazaza- Antananarivo ce 17 Janvier 2012, les membres de l’Espace de Concertation des organisations et partis politiques :
· L’ESCOPOL remercie les partis et organisations membres, d’avoir maintenu avec persévérance le cap convenu à sa création. A savoir, apporter toutes ses ressources à la recherche et à la mise en œuvre effective d’accords politiques, afin de résoudre la crise par des moyens politiques, pacifiques, dans des principes inaliénables de consensus et d’inclusivité. Un ardu et long chemin, mais un chemin vers la paix.
Les efforts soutenus et concédés patiemment par chacun, ont contribué de manière significative à l’avènement de nouvelles méthodologies de résolution de crise pour Madagascar, voire en Afrique Subsaharienne. Notre pays recouvre ainsi progressivement son inter connectivité avec la communauté internationale et chemine étape par étape, vers une conformité à l’ordre Constitutionnel. Merci, car l’objectif qui ne sera atteint qu’à la proclamation des résultats des prochaines élections reste fragile et nous demande encore à tous, vigilance, humilité, objectivité et disponibilité.
· L’ESCOPOL rend hommage et sincère respect à Son Excellence M. Andry Nirina RAJOELINA, ainsi qu’à Son Excellence M. Marc Ravalomanana face à leurs positions pour les prochaines élections, qui ont privilégié la Concorde et la Paix afin d’accompagner tout notre peuple, en ces premiers pas vers la réconciliation nationale et la refondation de notre république, dans l’apaisement et la concession. Puissent vos comportements, contribuer pleinement au renouvellement de la pratique politique à Madagascar, comme nous en avons fortement exprimé le vœu dans notre appel « Plus jamais ça ! » et auquel il nous est répondu aujourd’hui, « Rien ne sera plus comme avant ».
Un autre temps s’ouvre aujourd’hui. Le temps d’une pratique politique faite de respects, de pardons, de concessions et de constructions. Le temps où les propos vexatoires sont inutiles. Le temps où le respect de l’autre, mesure le respect de nous-mêmes. Où les rivalités conflictuelles doivent laisser leurs places aux idées qui se confrontent, en lieu et place de l’affrontement des partisans. Le temps où des candidats à la conduite des affaires de la Nation proposeront leurs programmes politiques, sans avoir besoin de recourir à rappeler les manquements de l’autre, révélant par là même sa propre faiblesse. Le temps « d’avoir l’audace d’aller plus loin ».
· L’ESCOPOL préconise une Amnistie Générale.
Une Amnistie qui toutefois, ne couvre pas l’impunité. Le renouvellement de la pratique politique nous demande à nous malgaches, mais en particulier à nous politiques, plus d’éthique. Plus de rigueur et de sens moral. Aussi, nous réitérons que toute personne amnistiée doit adopter une période d’observation lors du premier mandat électoral et s’abstenir de se présenter immédiatement après amnistie, à un mandat public.
· L’ESCOPOL remercie la communauté internationale et la SADC d’avoir assimilé l’approche qui a fait coexister le devoir d’ingérence et la pratique de non ingérence dans le traitement de la crise Malgache. L’ESCOPOL les remercie aussi, de comprendre la très grande urgence de matérialiser les appuis et soutiens, aux différentes étapes restantes.
· L’ESCOPOL tient à exprimer à chaque malgache, sa gratitude et ses encouragements et en appelle à toutes les forces vives de la nation, de se donner la main. De se former et de s’informer les uns et les autres entre citoyens, de l’importance de s’inscrire sur nos listes électorales, d’établir notre appartenance à notre Nation en établissant une Carte d’identité nationale. D’exprimer de manière déterminée notre volonté à en finit avec la crise en donnant notre choix d’avenir, par notre vote. Que chaque entité telles que le CSC, le FFKM …, aient un rôle majeur dans la réconciliation nationale dont dépendra désormais, la stabilité de notre pays.

ESCOPOL PRESS RELEASE
FORUM FOR INFORMAL ORGANIZATIONS AND POLITICAL PARTIES
At the General Meeting at Tsimbazaza-Antananarivo on 17 January 2013, members of the Forum for Informal Organizations and Political Parties agreed on the following:
• ESCOPOL thanked the member parties and organizations, which have continued with perseverance the course agreed on. Namely, the putting of all their resources together into research and effective implementation of political agreements to resolve the crisis by peaceful, political means, based on inalienable principles of consensus and inclusiveness.
“A long and difficult road, but a road to peace”.
The sustained efforts and patiently granted by each contributed significantly to the emergence of new methodologies to resolve the crisis in Madagascar, even in sub-Saharan Africa.
Our country is gradually recovering its interconnectivity with the international community and is walking step by step towards compliance with the Constitutional order. We wish to thank you, but the goal will not be reached until the proclamation of the electoral results. The situation still remains fragile and again we still ask for all, vigilance, humility, objectivity and availability.
• ESCOPOL respects and sincerely pays tribute to His Excellency Mr. Andry Rajoelina Nirina, and His Excellency Mr. Marc Ravalomanana for their positions for the next elections, which has favored the Concorde and Peace to our people, these first steps towards national reconciliation and the rebuilding of our republic in appeasement and concession. May your behavior, fully contribute to the renewal of the politics in Madagascar, as we have expressed a strong desire in our previous call “never again!” And that we are now answered, " Nothing will ever be ".
• The General Amnesty ESCOPOL advocates,
For an amnesty which however, does not cover impunity. Malagasy ask for the renewal of politics and more ethics from especially us politicians, more rigor and moral sense. Therefore, we reiterate that anyone granted amnesty must take an observation period during the first electoral mandate and refrain from standing or taking any public office immediately after amnesty.
• The ESCOPOL thanks the international community and SADC for having taken the approach that has the duty to intervene coexist and practice non-interference in the resolving of the Malagasy crisis. The ESCOPOL also appreciates the understanding of the great urgency to realization and support at different stages.
· ESCOPOL wishes to express its gratitude and encouragement to every Malagasy and calls upon all the living forces of the nation, to give a hand. To educate and inform each other and between fellow citizens of the importance of electoral registration. And to show our patriotism by acquiring a national identity card. To express our will and determination to end the crisis by going to the polls. Each entity such as SCC, FFKM... have a major role in the national reconciliation which now depends on the stability of our country.
